Is coliving an answer to the affordable housing crisis?

In 2019 the World Economic Forum wrote "it appears that co-living new build is still evolving and is not yet an accepted mainstream housing delivery model – but that could be changing."

Well we'd definitely argue that this has changed quite a lot!
